Healthy Eating

Firstly it is important that we drink at least eight glasses of water everyday. At the bottom of the pyramid we have the fortified-cereal, bread, rice and pasta. Those are the food we have to eat the most. On top of that we have the fruit and vegetables. We must have at least two servings of each everyday. On top of that we have the dairy group, the nuts group and the meat group. And on the very top of the pyramid we have the fats, oil and sweets group. This is the group where you must watch yourself. So it is odvious that we must eat the food on the bottom half of the pyramid to stay healthy which is the fortified-cereal, bread, rice, noodles, fruits and vegetables. We have to reduce the amount or do not even eat food such as; potato chips, chocolates, ice-cream, candy, fries, coke, soda, doughnuts, luncheon meat, hot dogs, canned soups, baked goods; cupcakes, cakes, etc. These are the foods most people love to eat, but alsio the food you must avoid. We have to eat in a healthy order to maintain a healthy lifestyle and to live a long and happy life with your family and friends without facing plenty of challenges in everyday life.
The diseases contracted with eating unhealthy food is diabetes, eating disorder, herpes, high-blood pressure, cancer, heart attack and many more. While eating more fruit and vegetables you can stay away from these diseases. Fruits and vegetables are critical to promote good health.
I like to eat fruit and vegetables as they are all healthy, but I prefer the fruits better as they are more juicier and more vibrant colored. Although I do not like some vegetables, I like the rest. My favourite veggies are the cucumber, lady's finger, lettuce and many more. As for the fruits, I like all of them. But my favourite is the cherry, tomato, orange, jack-fruit, watermelon, melon and the banana.
I fully support the school's campaign to encourage the pupils to eat more fruits and vegetables as I think it is a very good idea on having pupils to eat more fruit and vegetables. As our school is very competitive, I think it will be a challenge to all classes. I would really love to give suggestions on what other activities you can have to encourage more pupils to eat more fruits and vegetables, but I am sorry, I have non. But maybe I can give you this. Why don't you encourage the parents of the pupils to at least give the child 2 servings of fruits and 2 servings of vegetables everyday at home.
